Loving this Rom! But every time I boot it gives me an error about my imei. I think I was on the cyan fox Rom before this and that's where the issue came from, I believe. I'm new to gsm so please help me

iv'e never had that issue with this rom but restoring a nand might help but before you do that can you try and reboot your device? kind of odd that happened to you but i'll try my best to get you up and running again.

UPDATE: give this a shot as well... If you have root explorer,
1. Open the RootExplorer.
2. Go to sdcard folder.
3. Go to backup folder.
4. go to efs folder.
5. copy nv_/data.bin and nv_data.bin.md5
6. go to root ("/")
7. click on "Mount R/W"
8. open efs folder.
9. paste the copied nv_data. bin files,
10 reboot.

Now I'm experiencing another problem. The speaker isn't outputting media sounds. YouTube videos, music, stuff like that..

no audio issues on my end, iv'e streamed a few episodes of naruto shippuden via AnimeX, watched a some night racing videos on youtube in dolphin brower, even listened to some music via power amp. did you do a clean install, flash any mods? just trying to pin point the cause so i can some how replicate the issue for you.

I tried playing videos from YouTube. No audio. And I tried playing videos from mxplayer. No audio there either. I was on cyanfox before this. And I believe I flashed this rom without clearing data or anything.

sorry but i don't support dirty flashing as it causes way too many issues. do a clean install per instructed in the op and report back, a clean install is always a must in order to prevent these type of things from happening.

Clean flashed the new updated Rom. Still, same issue. While hitting the volume it gave some error but I couldn't read it because the volume thing was in the way. Can it be a kernel issue?

I'm using the Xposed mods, does that cause problems? I didn't install a kernel, I'm using the one that came with the Rom. I've tried using headphones to see if my speaker was the problem since I just got this phone and it was used. The headphones didn't work either..

xposed could be the cause, try un installing what ever mod you may have and reboot and see how things go...

I flashed carbon rom and the issue is still there. I think I'm going back to jb.

if you could flash neo kernel then reboot recovery to use twrp to flash c-rom. i could see whats going wrong all you gotta do is move log to sd after the flashing process which is under advance option i think, cant remember off the top of my head but it should be the bottom left corner in the main menu of twrp...
