Which weather and system widgets are those?
Kind of cluttered IMO, but I'm still working on it..
Try using a launcher like Nova or Apex and you can have a scrollable dock to hide some of those Icons.
The weather widget is Beautiful Widgets (4x1) with the "Tick" skin. The middle "system" widget is simply minimalistic text - static text mixed with built it in minimalistic text system variables. It is all pretty customizable to fit your needs.
(apex launcher home grid is 8 x 6)
