[Q] Good, cheap phone for armv7 development?

Hi everyone, I'm curious if anyone has recommendations for a decent Android device solely for testing purposes. Ideally the cheaper the better but the device would need to be armv7.

I've found some decently priced used Moto G's (~$100) on eBay. It looks like they're also coming out with a new Moto E that starts at ~$120. Seems like that could be a great device for people like myself who are just getting into Android development.
