Depends on the screen size requirement... Note2 and N4 are pretty similar performance wise... Note2 having a better screen and camera... N4 having 4.4.2 with ART in stock... so pros and cons... N5 would be in the same price bracket as Note2... in which case, N5 is definitely the better choice...
