hi
i have a big problem i upgraded my s3 to 4.3 and now i have signal bars but it says only emergy calls
imei shows but i cant make any calls.. i am disperate

still

i have flashed original rom 4.1.2 and baseband mg4 but still the same problem i have signal and it says Emergy calls only and when i try to call it says Not registered on network what should i do?
