this is not a116 thread but i will answer ur query anyway. this happened to me once on my canvas 2.
try this: remove ur battery and reinsert it. now press power button and hold it as long as phone doesnt start. for me it took 5 mins to restart.
if it doesnt work, try the above method with charger connected.
