after backing up the rom it stucks on black screen...with cwm written below
nothing i could do excpt reboot :) excpt that i didnt overcome any problems till now
nyc work thanks

The sources of the touch version are NOT under my "control"
So I cannot give any support for it

Is this reproducable in the non-touch version?
Since this is build from CM sources

ATTENTION:
Just did some testing
The two versions behave different!
Touch version seems NOT doing backup of data and cache - only system
Can someone confirm that?

At least the contents of the backup folder are different
So handle the touch version with care!

I need to sort that out first

Yep, I did a backup earlier with the touch recovery, just checked the folder and it only has 3 files: "boot.img", "recovery.img" and "system.ext4.dup".
I used Lloirs version, haven't tested yours.

Also, I noticed your recovery images are significantly smaller (about 1MB less) than Lloirs, why is that? Just curious :p

I am sorry to tell you that you are right...
I cannot bakcup my data and cache partisions....
Even it cannot create a md5 file so we cant restore from the file of touch version making....
Seems i cant adb my phone in touch version cwm.....anymore?
I will turn back to un-touch version

sorry guys for that
should never upload before doing proper testing :(

I will try if I can fix this but since this is not build from source I cannot guarantee

Sorry guys - touch version is doomed
And since we dont have the source I cannot even tell you whats going wrong there.
So another good reason for

NEVER USE ANYTHING THATS NOT OPEN SOURCE

max

PS: all versions have sometimes the problem that adb wont work
I havnt figured out why. Rebooting recovery helps most of the time

ROM Manager compatibility

Just upgraded the NON TOUCH recovery from 5.8.4.5 to 6.0.1.5 as per instructions.

Thanks OP :)

Minor bug report: In ROM Manager v5.0.2.1, it still thinks I have ClockworkMod 5.8.4.5. Furthermore, when rebooting into recovery mode from ROM Manager, ClockworkMod recovery itself thinks it is still on 5.8.4.5.

Once you reboot recovery from within recovery, it shows correctly as 6.0.1.5

Booting into recovery directly from bootloader works fine and shows correctly as 6.0.1.5

dont use rom manager please!! It will break your recovery, wait until we get s-off to use rom manager

I installed this, since with cwm5 it would say "device not found" when trying to 'adb shell' into a system booted in reocvery mode. However, this still persists. Any way to fix this? I hoped to find a more stuffed busy-box under recovery mode.

Also, the maximum partition size is a tad low with max. 4096.

Thanks.

yea thats an artifact i need to fix it up, i'll do some work on it in a few...adb wont work on CWM5, should work on 6...it's not a huge issue, but you can use TWRP if you wish....
