Works fine on i9500 (Exynos 5 Octa version).
Only thing that's not right is that switches/settings icons are swapped in the notification panel.

Uninstall:
Enter CWM recovery
Wipe Cache and Dalvik
Reflash your ROM zip (no need to wipe data)
Restart your device
