Yes. You can flash G900F stock rom from a custom recovery (twrp) and after that flash jrkruse's patch that you can find here

That is interesting information, but I don't believe that article specifies what is safe to remove (just what the consider removing). Also, the ATT framework may not behave exactly as the VZW might, which is my specific question.I found this link:

My problem is that I do not seem to have any options to uninstall. With the KK Launcher I did have an uninstall option but it would say uninstall unsuccessful.
