Hello Guys,I have a Huawei G700-U20 and i can't fix it. when i press power on there is only HUAWEI Logo and it's looping. i tried Power + Volume Down,but there is only black screen and message New:safe Old:risk. I also tried Flashing with Smart Phone Flashing Tool i have a windows 8 and Com Ports not support them. Please if somebody know how to fix,help me
