With shostock and aj kern i have long battery life but with this rom i dont i just wanna help in case someone else developes this problem

Don't be surprised if your phone freezes up with it overclocked. You may want to "bump" the voltage up on 1400 MHz. Not max.

I've never heard of anyone maxing out all the voltages... That *could* be the cause of your battery drain.

Or Google's location wake locks (nlpwakelock). Been seeing 4-5hr a day in wake locks. Seems to be triggered when going in and out of WiFi range for me. Disabled all location settings and kept wifi off, and no wakelocks yet for me today.

I asked this before but I didn't get any answers, but does this rom + AJK support USSD codes? Cuz mine don't work at all.

Oh! I didn't know that's what those wetter called. I've used them plenty of times. In fact, i just put the one you posted in. Worked just fine.

Idk why they aren't working on my phone. I just installed those two things and after doing so none of the codes work. Is there a setting that disables those codes?

Are you running an anti-virus? When I ran Comodo & Avast there was an option to disable ussd codes system wide to prevent hacks coming from text messages & webpages... There is a ussd code in the wild that can wipe Samsung a phone.

I even tried that USSD code to no avail. I am flashing CM, so let me see if it is a ROM issue.

I keep getting complaints from people saying their voice is echoing back at them when they talk. Is this happening to anyone else?

    Everyone wants to try out the new JellyBean release, but nobody wants to lose root, recovery, and deal with all the bloat.



    This is based off the I777UCMD8 JellyBean 4.1.2 release for the I777. It is Rooted, DeOdexed, DeBloated, Zip Aligned, BusyBox, has an Aroma Installer, and uses the AJK No-Swap kernel.

    Install instructions
    - CWM ZIP FLASHING -
    - Save Zip file to be flashed to the Root (not in a folder) of your External SD card
    - BOOT INTO RECOVERY- Phone off
    - Hold volume up, volume down and power button. (You can release just the power button at the samsung screen but dont have to).
    - Select -install zip from sdcard, -choose zip from sdcard, -select the zip file you put there earlier, -it will ask you to confirm, select -yes -install
    - If you are installing a custom ROM Do this FIRST before installing Zip, -wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache partition, select -advanced, -wipe dalvik cache


    This is a learning project for me! I would like to update/ customize this in the future time permitting, but don't hold your breath.

    I have all the apps finished, it's the framework "jar " files causing minor issues.

    I'm not here to take others work. This is about learning how to do these things for myself.

    AJK v2.0.5ns is working great here so far on this ROM.

    Have rebooted many times and have also tested recovery to make sure it works. As a side note, it does *seem* to take a bit longer to enter recovery....or maybe it has just been a while for me on an SII and I forgot how long it takes. But - recovery does work fine.
