Definitely Swiftkey 3 - very nice and fast learning prediction algorithm.

Try changing the spacebar behaviour setting to 'always put in space' (or something simillar - I use Polish version of the app), it'll prevent the app from puting in the predicted word.

Yeah I installed a.i keyboard , or xperia keyboard, both are good

mine is QQ keyboard. Nice predictive text, swipe, less memory consumption, and almost all of the thems from other keyboard apps is compatible in this one too!

TouchPal.... Swiftkey starts lagging behind with growing dictionary and custom/Roman words predictions.

Minimum keyboard

I'm using the minimum keyboard and I have to say is very good, very usefull on device with small display but also on a big ones like tablet, have many settings like change dimentions as others keyboard have.
You have to try and judge.
