This assumes you already know how to load a rom and are comfortable with the adb and fastboot commands.
copy ota file to root of sd card
flash stock ota from recovery
reboot into hboot and run: fastboot flash boot boot.img (extract it with anything other than windows, such as winzip or winrar from the ota.zip file)
If you are able to boot to the stock ota, then skip the next step.
flash mainver.zip if you get errors about mainver (http://androidforums.com/rezound-all...ml#post3997776
extract and load boot.img from ota (fastboot flash boot boot.img)
If you can boot into the stock ota, then s-off:
-> Windows files: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...1#post40950251
-> Run the controlbear.exe as administrator!
load ruu (605.2) (load as PH98IMG.zip on root of internal storage; reboot to hboot by shutting down or battery pull, then hold vol down + power, to load stock ruu - TAKES A LONG TIME!)
After you are booting into the RUU successfully, reboot to hboot, re-unlock, then reload your recovery, then your rom of choice.
Good luck! As usual, I take no responsibility for any problems. I literally just did this to my phone on hboot 2.28
