Yes we know it now, it has been posted a numbers of times now...
I contacted the customer service of HTC, it comes to year-end for ics.
However, I believe that we will never receive the sense 4, max 3.6 ..
its my opinion...
We will get it July-August with sense 3.6, but we may get a sense 4.0 port

Sense 4 has occasional lags even on One X, though rare. DHD might be stretched on Sense 4 but there is also Sense 4 light around which may work without issues. However, I still don't see any advantage in Sense 4 compared to Sense 3.5 except for the higher version number
One X has Full sense 4, One V has sense 4.0a Lite version

Most likely will still have camera issues like all ICS roms. Without the kernel source not a whole lot can be done about that though

Guys, when you buy a phone, you buy it for what it have in that moment. No company specify that if you buy it you will have unlimited and lifetime support. XDA exists because of that. Is the support that you don't have from phone producer.
