Some some reason, the FBQuickView did not correctly send notifications to my device. I installed it and the app works inside the app but notifications were not working. I would have to go inside the app to see them but the Gear 2 did not vibrate.

Yea is not working properly, I've un installed it. Gonna wait on a better update. App is not that great either.

They're not too many apps so we can keep track of them easy, I'm making a list to make it even easier. Feels like when I got my tmobile G1. I would test any free app. Hopefully this grows faster. A lot useless apps out there.

how come we have to search for these apps and they don't show up under all ?

I access these by opening gear manager then opening Samsung apps from the menu in there.

Ummm Make Sure you Are On This Screen After clicking On Samsung Apps

From there you just click on any category and the apps should be there only for gear 2

That's how I access them as well but don't see fb quick view or the other new apps under any of the lists I have to search for them for them to show up

Sometimes you have to go all the way back, let me upload a video. This happens when u get on the market from phone then when u go from gear up it is messed up. But if u go back back.... you should come to that screen pic #2

Why is Samsung Apps empty when travelling??? As soon as you leave your region, the list got empty and you cannot even search for apps! Really finding this stupid... :crying:

Samsung is having a problem with the Gear2 apps anyway....

There are way too few apps available,

that is why they organize a Gear app challenge next month.

I am pretty sure they were planning this from the get go, not because of some perceived lack of applications. Big companies do not make decisions like that on the fly, 2 weeks after launch. It's just not how corporate resource tracking and finance work.

CNN and eBay were added yesterday. Glad to see some legitimate apps coming. I love the watch, but the lack of functionality is kind of disappointing. Definitely need a navigation/google maps, facebook/google plus, google hangouts, etc.

I see it on there version 1.2.00 but no news or anything floating around with compatibility of gear 2 , would have thought the news would have hit tizen experts page as well with some more info on this verison.
