[Q] Can you store music on the device and play it back on a bluetooth headset?

Sadly I don't think that is a possibility. Both the G Watch and Gear Live have 4GB of internal storage but aren't set up to be connected to headphones. They are always paired with a device and that device may also be paired to Bluetooth headphones (that I have tested). Android Wear is intended to be used as a companion, and in many cases an always on quick action screen, for your device.
