[Q] 4.2 Notification LED + texts

With the OTA to 4.2 I have noticed that instead of flashing the notification LED, the screen wakes up.

Anyone else have this issue? Possible work arounds with stock ROM?

You can try going into settings and see if the option is there. Or it could just be the rom you are using.

Try installing something like LightFlow Lite by Rage Consulting (Available in the play store).

Some non-user-visible setting might have been changed when you updated. This app supports a number of different settings for different notification types.

Lightflow was a great suggestion.... Despite the developer's disclosure on having issues with Samsung phones I have no problem with my GNex running stock.
