[Q] App2SD Kernel for stock note 2

Does any developer know of a way to substitute the stock kernel in a note 2 with one that allows the app2sd init,d script.

my note 2 is rooted and has CWM but other than that no other changes. i am a very heavy user of apps due to the field that i work in, and 16gb internal mem is not good enough, i have a 64gb class 10 sd card fully working, but very underused.

I would like the answer for this one too.
So, anyone knows how to implement the init.d on rooted stock kernel/rom with CWM recovery?
