I've been trying to use my headset (factory ones) with my s5. They don't sit in correctly for some reason. When I push and hold them firmly in then the earphones connected comes up on the notification bar. As soon as I let go the symbol disappears.
I've tried other headsets but no joy.
Can anyone suggest a solution?
