Screen calibrator 1.2 (LG G2)

Tune your own R G B settings

works on:
dorimanx kernel
bruce2728 kernel
cloudyfa's kernel

and as reported some aosp/cm roms with apropriate kernels.

Please thank to the kernel devs for adding the support

Also tested on some other kernel and settings didn't stick.

OLD Changes:

1.0 - initial release
1.1 - added +/- buttons, little bit larger sliders
The app will autoexit on reboot(after profile loading)
The app will also autoexit on app start (you've got 5 seconds to tap anywhere to stop it), it will autoexit only if the profile is set.
To prevent exiting and to set new profile just TAP anywhere (not on controls), anywhere on the interface.

- links are removed, new version doesn't require the app to be installed after applying the settings.

+ added default profile
+ added recommended profile (recommended for LG G2)
+ added init.d support

- removed app autostart on boot
- removed app terminate on profile apply

best settings to be close to 6500 K ?
it would be cool if we could change gamma values too

Will this work for rooted Verizon LG G2? I just want to get the screen temp right. I have a spyder4pro I use to calibrate my displays. I wish I could do a full calibration on this screen!

1st of all - thanks... :thumbup:

few u/i suggestions:
1. can you make the sliders bigger (wider)?
2. maybe adding - and + buttons (left/right of the sliders) that change the value by 1 step down or up
3. app opens after reboot, applies the settings and stays open until i close it manually (is this normal or a bug?)

if you need a graphic layout for the app - you know where to find me

why would i want new settings if i didn't reboot because of this tool?

your tool changes settings on the fly and without asking for a reboot...
so, if after the reebot i decide to change something, i'll open the app myself... makes sense?
