So I'm still going back and forth with VZW to fix the GPS/4G connection problem. Tech support basically told me that it's a known problem with the Rez. and they are trying to resolve it. According to the my case worker, my options right now are to further troubleshoot and wait for a software update OR they would send me a "like-new", similar model phone. Anybody been through this before and have suggestions?
I really like the Rezound, but they aren't going to send me another one. She mentioned sending me a Galaxy Nexus, but I'm not familiar with them. Obviously they're not going to ship a One X, but from a customer's point of view what could I realistically ask for? IMO....they should compensate me for the time, trouble, and all the accessories purchased for the Rezound. I've only had the thing for a few months. Thanks!

This just started for me as well. I am new to the Rezound, I bought it on Craigslist on July 7th and at first 4g was working great, then on the 14th I traveled from the Green Bay area to Minnesota because my wife was in a triathlon. Since then I have been dropping 4g when I start an app usually Facebook, but also Google maps and others. I'm wondering if traveling that far out of my normal home area triggered the 4g drops? Curious if anyone else that has this problem traveled before the problems started.
