I bought the cpedia app - GV Dialer last year on the market. You can create a list in your gmail contacts and then set Google Voice rules for those lists..
so call certain people with GV, everyone else with your phone.
The app isn't listed in the market anymore, so I can't redownload it after I factory reset my phone last week.
