dont set your min freq below 364 nothing works at phone below 364

Strange,I have not faced this issue once.What kernel were you using before?
If possible can you try these steps and report whether the issue persist s.
Flash latest stock ftf
Flash fusion kernel
Wipe everything
Flash any jb ROM

- FreeXperia boot logo instead of Fusion
- Reboot after approx 1 minute (no lights flash for CWM)
- Next boot into ROM (and lights for CWM)
- Directly after boot CPU spy shows 33% 1200 (my setting for max) 32% 1024 Mhz (I guess boot time) 21% 122 Mhz and the rest spread over all frequencies between 122 and 1200
- youtube seems to work fine (tested 1 minute only)
