From manager works fine, has done for a while, you just select that you have recovery installed

I can flash new ROM, GAPPS, wipe etc from ROM Manager? I have license for it from previous phone and will be great.

Edit:
Not read my license and I don't see option to select that I have recovery. I will freeze ROM Manager.

Open rom manager select download rom then select Xperia Neo and after that click on yes.

But kernel I must flash with Fastboot? My previous phone will ZTE Blade and for it I flash new ROM and kernel from ROM Manager.
If I must always flash kernel via Fastboot ROM Manager is not so good for me.

Yes you must flash kernel with fast boot. Flashing kernels with cwm is not possible on Sony phones.

Thanks for the explanation.
I will freeze it with Titanium Backup.
Where is options to enable SWAP?

I flash FXP126 with only wipe cache and dalvic cache and WiFi for now seems work OK.
