Install Instructions:

download ui.zip
copy to /sdcard/TWRP/theme (if folder doesn't already exist, create it)
reboot to recovery and ENJOY!

DISCLAIMER:

According to TeamWin it is possible to introduce bugs and even malicious code into TWRP by means of a theme. While I can guarantee that no malicious code was introduced, I cannot guarantee compatibility, and thus bug free operation with future versions of TWRP. Description:

Theme is inspired by, and uses the stylings of Sense 6. You will notice that the color of the header (as well as its title) will denote which section of the recovery you are in. I have extensively reworked the ui.xml and added numerous image resources to achieve a cohesive look and feel with the sense OS.

No because 2.7.0.4 wasn't an official build. It was not done by Team Win. That being said, the fact is its actually the exact same thing as 2.7.0.2 and so it is already compatible, but 2.7.0.2 is the official build and so that is what I support.
