[Q] Nexus 7 and 4.4

Hi, I tried various ROMs based on 4.4 and found big performance lag. Worst of all was the browsing.... pages take forever to load if there are many graphics.

Just got back to SmoothRom 4.2. and everything was zippy.

My question, is 2012 Nexus 7 unable to handle 4.4?

There is no problem with Nexus 7 in handling 4.4:good::good::good:
Try doing fresh install
BTW which rom u had flashed??

I tried many, last one being omni rom. Can you recommend one?

Sometimes you need to flash factory image, to do fresh start. Then you flash your favorite ROM. I once had a galaxy nexus, it was slow as hell. Dont know why after i flashed factory image, then flash any ROM it became better, maybe flash factory image clear some partition that caused any lags
