hi, I've installed the cromi newest version and the bad news is I forgot to update the latest bootloader ( 4.2.1 stock rom US), so it's stuck at the asus logo, I did a back up already but I can not see any backup file in Restore, my twrp is 2.3.3.0, any idea ? I'm new android user

Just flash the latest bootloader. Can you get to a microsd in recovery?

Really you should be on at least TWRP 2.4 before starting this as explained in the original thread for CROMi-X (as well as the latest bootloader as you have realised)

You can recover it.

thanks for quick respond but as far as i check #1 all bootloader link are dead , and can I use 10.4.4.25 US Jelly Bean Bootloader ? I dont know which one cause i bought this refrubished from ebay ( seller lives in US)
and is it ok if use 2.3.3.0 instead 2.4 ?

link at #2 are back, got it also but still stuck at boot logo, also tried to flash 2 other rom but it appears a messenge : failed

try to flash other ROM > fail
downgrade twrp then flash ROM > fail
restore > stuck at boot logo
flash different boot loader > didn't help

Did you follow this procedure:
1. Flash the bootloader /TWRP package buhohitr recommended
2. Reboot into system and run your old rom
3. Boot into TWRP and flash CROMI X
4. Boot into system

I suspect, you skipped step 2

already gave up and did a factory reset, see what happened
after reboot it boot into Cromi 4.1.1, smooth as hell, everything work perfect
