It can be repair. Look at THIS

(from HK). You need to buy and replace it. So, go with your phone at specialized center (bot not at Samsung service cause it cost too much).

. It's possibile not to find someone skilled enough to unfold/remove display from housing skeleton. In that case you need a plan B and must buy a hole display. Then display assembly is piece of cake: must to couple/to fit 3 mini-tiny-little jacks (trust me, this part is very easy even for newbies).
As you realize what it is all about you must first unscrewed the phone (very easy part.)
