First of all, you can't convert CWM Backup or TWRP Backup into Odin Flashable .md5, that is something only Samsung knows how to do
the only thing you can do is to convert CWM Backup or TWRP Backup into a Flashable Zip that can be flashed through recovery only
and by the way this is the wrong place to ask this kind of questions
