[Q] NT 8GB 1.4.3 won't boot from SD
I have tried multiple methods from within xda and elsewhere. I've rooted, flashed, and installed custom ROMs on quite a few phones, so I'm familiar with the general flow, but I'm having an issue and can't find anything on it anywhere. No matter what guide I'm using, what set of .zip downloads, or anything else, I simply can NOT get the tablet to boot with a "bootable" SD in it (created with Win32DiskImager). A clean SD works fine, as do some other media ones I have around. I've tried 1) booting from completely powered off 2) booting by first doing the power-cycle-like thing where you hold the button(s) down long enough for it to turn off and back on, then putting in the SD, etc. 3) booting by plugging the Nook into my computer [both with original Nook cable and regular Micro USB cable]. I'm at a loss here. Again, I've tried multiple versions of the image to write to the SD.
Long story short:
Nook Tablet 8GB on stock 1.4.3
SanDisk 32GB Class 4 microSDHC card
After imaging with .img files from multiple sources, Nook won't boot from SD.
If someone can help me get it to, I can figure out the rest of flashing, etc. from there.
I feel I should also mention that the Nook works 100% like it should out of the box. Zero issues. Just would really like to get JB and gapps going on here.
Thanks in advance.
