u can start with ADW launcher
then follow with Simple Text
Then touch with minimalistic Text
Finaly cutomize u'r wallpaper with live wallpaper
N enjoy this

Here. The clock should be simple enough to make. Its just uccw. The outer ring is a battery meter.
