what is this referring to? so does the phone support or able to transmit to a fm radio? I have never looked at the build props before.

system prop to determine availability of analog fm path
ro.fm.analogpath.supported=true
system property for fm transmitter
ro.fm.transmitter=false

I reread your post. I don't think I have heard of any phone being able to broadcast on fm band....ftc rules I suspect

This is most likely for NFC which operates at 13.56MHz. So yes your phone actually does transmit a FM (frequency modulated) signal.
