MK 809 III Lubuntu how to?

Hi everyone, i have recently bought an MK 809 III android stick computer and i need to install Lubuntu on it...
I have searched many thread but i can't find a guide on how to flash custom recovery and Lubuntu...
I have already downloaded the drivers and the RKandroid Tool but nothing seems to work! please help!

I was able to flash this on my mk809iii,

h##p://ubuntu.g8.net/index.php/14-sample-data-articles/86-pi****u-4-5-nand-released
