I already tried without an external, formatting the internal and what not, I didn't use to have all those weird sdio and mmc wakelocks one day they just appeared. Could be it's simply rom related. It's not that big of a deal I'm barely using my phone anyway I just like to get rid of useless things ^^
Might be ROM-related, might not. ROMs can definitely create wakelocks where there were none before, but the only way to tell would be to go back to rooted stock for at least two or three battery cycles and see if that wakelock remains a problem or not, as another ROM may well have the same issue. Sounds like it's probably not worth the trouble for you.
I'll point you back to a comment I made early on: every time you go hunting down and destroying a wakelock, especially a KWL, you run the risk of screwing something up and causing you to do a full wipe--or worse. If you're happy with your phone's battery life, don't waste tons of time and energy chasing down those last couple of wakelocks, especially if they're not doing much to drain battery (i.e., mostly locked when the screen is on) in the first place.
