(THEME) S4 themed lockscreen. 3 versions

THIS IS NOT MY WORK, I found it worked on our phones and Koulis2000 (the themer of this mod) asked me to post it in our section. Having said that, at the bottom of this thread are links to his other devices GO TO THEM AND HIT THANKS!

Now what do we have here? This is a S4 themed lockscreen in three different versions. With the life companion text, without and just the Flare effect and sounds.

Koulis2000 put a great deal of work into these and it shows so enjoy them. Now I make no promise they will work on your custom ROM (especially tweaked), but please report if it works or not and if I get permission to modify them I'll fix whatever problems get reported.

INSTALATION
1. Download version of choice
2. Boor into recovery
3. Wipe caches
4. Flash zip
5. Reboot
6. Report it works and visit link to Koulis2000 thread to hit Thanks
7. Now enjoy

Sure will do. Honestly it's mainly layout things which I dont believe changed in tweaked, but I know some of the images are just in a different location. I'm going to decompile the framework-res on my ROM today and I'm running this Lockscreen so I'll have more details later on what really changed.

If you two need any help with that I'll be glad to help with much info and whatever you need.

Also, I plan to make a guide for everyone to make this on their own. It's not so hard after all. :good:

So it must not be compatible with the International base. If I get a chance I'll look into it, by the way then the revert file probably didn't work so if you didn't already just dirty flash your ROM again

I have an idea, but I don't know if it is gonna work fine.

This is a simple method I used to port my Advance Galaxy mod to the Galaxy SIII Mini and Galaxy Ace II.

The method goes like this:

You used the SIII version of Fake Lens Flare Lockscreen right?
So:

• Get the Stock framework-res.apk from the SIII.
• Make a copy of it. Rename it to something like "framework-resMODDED.apk".
• Take the original "framework-res.apk" and install it on apktool.
• Then, copy all the .xml files of the mod/theme inside the correct locations in the framework-resMODDED.apk.
• Decompile the framework-resMODDED.apk.
• Now, get the stock framework-res.apk from the device that you want to port this mod to. In your case, stock framework-res.apk from GNote II, try international one, if you want.
• Install the GNote II framework-res.apk on apktool.
• Compile the framework-resMODDED.apk.
• Get the .xml files back, put them in the VRT in their correct locations.
• Try the VRT!

This is not how I ported my Fake Lens Flare Lockscreen to other devices. I made the mod for every device individually. But this method might actually work for the Note II since the SIII version worked fine.
