dear friend...i haven't a backup... i just installed the 2.99.9-5 and gapps from OTA-USB

with 2.99.9-5 the N7 reboot and it's ok.
ok then. the codebase should be ready - but aaron will have to make the build then. maybe i forgot some vendor files.
multiuser bugs are 4.2 and you wont find a rom that doesnt have them. you can switch users alright if thats what you mean.

I mean the notification (not displayed for the currently logged in user), and fc some applications (if it is running on 2 users such as facebook). Stock 4.2.1 works correctly in this case, and I have to use 2 users.
I'm follow the changelogs and still wait for the fix this bug.
we're using stock android. we did not change anything multiuser related. what you see there is how multiuser gets treated in aosp.

I already root and istall custom recovery 6.0.+ i dont remember. Did i need to update my custom recovery or just can directly install PA OK n my nexus 7

are you sure you followed that thread and not another one / used a flash tool?
if you used something different you have to apply step 1 and 3 from this thread and you should be fine: i don't take responsibility for whatever might happen to your device though

of course you have to download one of the recovery images from that thread
and may not use again the old one you might still have on your computer

I installed recovery-twrp-tilapia-2.3.2.1.img and then 9.0/9.5 Paranoid ROM without any issues.
So if you have the same version - you will have good result.

INSTRUCTIONS,
1. UPDATE RECOVERY
2. FACTORY RESET (If coming from another rom or stock)
3. INSTALL ROM
4. INSTALL GAPPS
4. REBOOT
5. CUSTOM KERNELS (You need to flash STOCK one first)
PA 4+ UPDATES DO NOT NEED A FACTORY RESET.

18Ok I finaally found the bug the build on goo is good to go. For those of you that care it was this commit from almost a month ago https://github.com/ParanoidAndroid/android_vendor_pa/commit/f175f9edb7d25f11281c4be87961473fc5b1fcc0 i checkout out the gnex repos to do some testing last week, and it end up overwriting the broacom lib library, and due to the way i have my repos set up(dependent on grouper folder) compared to the muppets some libs got copied over some didnt. Sorry it took so long to find. I didnt realize what was happening as our repos didnt change16
