[Q] Android and Mac

With the deflated announcement yesterday, I'm thankfully going to get my S3.

Can any folk on here who have experience with Android and a Mac please tell me if the following is a good setup for use with a Mac and iCloud? Or suggest better options that what I've given?

For syncing of iCal and Contacts I'm thinking about getting Smooth Sync from Play Store. The only problem with this, I believe, is that Calendar, Contacts... and email will not be pushed. Instead will have to be retrieved at set intervals.

For syncing of iTunes and iPhoto, I'll need Kies. I did read somewhere that there is a better alternative, but can't remember the name of the software.

Finally, is there anything else I need to consider when using the S3 with a Mac?

For my contact/calendar syncing, I just transferred everything into my Google account. That way, I can access my Google calendar on iCal, as well as from my Anroid, same thing for contacts. My calendars sync instantly, and my @me.com email account is set to push emails, though I use gmail more anyways.

As far as iTunes syncing, I've been using Doubletwist. It's one of the few apps that allows you to import iTunes playlists, which was important to me.

Thanks topched. I didn't realise Push emails were possible for .mac emails on an S3! Could you please give me an idiots guide as to how I can do this?

Also, an idiots guide as to how to sync my iCal and Contacts, please.

I was going to my Smooth Sync by Marten Gajda, but if your method gives me the same results I'm game.
