Oh, one more question... can I still use different icons for the Quick Settings pull down? I like the ones I'm using that I got through Venom Tweaks.

the hybrid skin was done before we could theme sense 4 skins. long story short, the difference - less is themed overall than the REDZound sense 4 skin and the clock background is white. Still a nice looking skin if I do say so myself

The skin is separate than the statusbar and sense icon packs so you can still use what ever icon pack you want for quick settings. Even if you flash the vr theme you could still select other statusbar / quicksettings icons.

I have another question...

I LOVE the boot animation (bubbles) from your RedZound Ineffabilis theme. Is there a way to use that on ViperRez? Can I pull it out of the Ineff theme and use it? Does it need to be modified for ICS?

yeah, just take it out of the zip and copy it over. no mods needed that i know of
