Downloading now. can't wait to try it, even if it requires a bit of tinkering to get it 100% working.
Will let you know how well this works on a T-Mobile HTC One.

Finally got it installed. Aside from what's already been mentioned, I would love to see:
An option to kill the boot-sound. The HTC chimes are...annoying.
Option to choose carrier (auto-set APN)
Ability to set language to English (United States) - currently only option for English is English (China) which may be what's causing some of the widgets and what-not to show Chinese characters still)
Recent Apps button settings in settings should map the home button actions. Doesn't seem to do anything at present.
Currently no option to add a Google account. Will try and see if the 4.1.1 gapps package works.
Looks slick so far...just need to be able to "english-ize" it completely.

Gapps package 20121011 works great (wipe cache/dalvik)
Setting APN manually not working - no LTE (option not available in Network Mode)
It did auto-detect my operator as T-Mobile.
Cannot get mobile data to work at all.

Nah not quite ready for primetime, although extremely stable... No data, no Google account, too much Chinese. Since we don't have the same capacitive buttons there was no way to access recent apps. But as a system it was extremely fast and smooth. And I had absolutely no clue what I was flashing through aroma.
But it was awesome lol

I'm working on a few things for this ROM. A few fixes, an English aroma installer lol, and some debloating/adding. Even though I don't think a bunch of people are using it I'd like to knock out the bugs for the people who do
