[Q] Can't text outside of my house

I know that sounds crazy but it's not some ocd thing. My phone texts fine while I'm at home but not when I leave. I can still call and access the web just can't text. I've update profile and prl multiple times. I've even done ##72786# and reset the values to factory default and went through hands free activation. Still can't text unless I'm at home. Any ideas?

Just wondering, do you have an airrave at home? Try unplugging it and reset your phone, Update your profile and prl and see if that helps! Good luck!

Otherwise, give Sprint a call and have them reset it on there side.

Wouldn't updating profile and prl out of my house do the same thing as that?

I find that the airrave affects the phone more than we think. By unplugging it, you make sure it has no effect to your phone. I've had so many issues with my airrave affecting my phone that I actually return it.

Nonetheless, it would seem giving Sprint a call and having them do some tests/resets might be the best course.
