When I soft reset my device, the item no longer shows on my Today screen. When I go into the Today settings, its checked off. If I deselect, and then re-select it, it magically appears again. Is there a reason for this? Its annoying to have to do this anytime I soft reset my device.

I add it to my today screen, but it isn´t clickable

Does the Omnia have a Samsung today screen plugin that blocks out all others?

Try and disable all your today screen plugins apart from this and see if it works better.

It has a today screen plugin, but it isn´t blocking anything. I disabled it and have the same effect like with it.

I add a screenshot to the attachments.

Does that change the behaviour at all?

Also, have you tried a soft reset?

EDIT:
After retrying it myself, it appears not to work!

I'll see if I can find a reason in the code...

The path was not being correctly worked out.

I've updated it slightly so it now loads from the default (on device) S2U2 install folder (\\Program Files\\S2U2\\s2u2.exe). If you have S2U2 installed elsewhere, I can hard code the path for you.

Attached is the recompiled/fixed version.

NOTE: You have to uninstall the older version!

But on my german client S2U2 is installed to "Programme\\S2U2\s2u2.exe"

Try the attached version!

By default, the application reads the registry to see if it can find where S2U2 is installed. All I've done is add some code that sets a default value if the registry check fails.

work perfect on my HTC WING 6.0

I have a Big Question, "Lock Device" Caption is so Small, is there anyway to make the text bigger?

also is it possible to change the Lock image, i want to use the default WM lock sign insted of the one you have. reason i want to change is cuz your picture dosents blend with the theme, so is it possible to change?

plz let me know. and i gota tell ya GOOD work and thanks, i wish other programs have such Todays Plug in Option like urs.

Does your device have a dpad? If yes, scroll down to the today item, and hit the enter button. If that works, try and click on the plugin (it may not change colour, but it should send a mouse event when you let go again).

I've fixed the checking of install directory, so it should now work on any ROM.

Ok...here's a dumb question. How do you get items into the task bar at the bottom of your screen? On my phone only the inellisync icon shows up down there. I would love to be able to put some other stuff in that space.

anyway once again same question.

1) how can i change the font size of "Device Lock" caption? its too small
2) How can i replace the current lock image in todays plug in?, reason?, the lock image isnt blending with the theme. so plz somone reply

Those things can only be changed by rewriting the code...
