Hi all,

created this little project, hope it helps someone out.
I debloated, rooted, and added fun_'s generic recovery to the bundle! This ROM feels really smooth, try it out!
Install via RKBatchTool (http://d-h.st/fVC).

As usual, make nandroid backup before flashing!

disclaimer

Root Explorer, Set CPU, Terminal Emulator and MultiLing keyboard not included in ROM but you can buy/download them.
