Right, which is why I suggested Mobile Odin. It's an app used to flash firmware and zips directly from the device.
Highly recommend.

Just stumbled across this thread. Sure didn't realize we had a "counter" on our phones LoL .. I rooted the day I took my S3 home had a count of 2 I assume from root and then TWRP .. Just took care of it though with ChainFires app. Now saying 0 count and Samsung Original .. definitely worth it for those who were in the same boat as me and flashed before this method or also like me didn't research first.
