No imei, or baseband (Tegra 3): Serious Help

Dear Tech Gurus,

I have spend over a week trying to resolve this issue before posting this thread and I feel if anyone can solve this it will be on here.

I upgraded roms, from custom to stock, upgraded stock firmware, hboot, everything, flash boot.imgs both custom and stock. Once I had managed to solve this issue but that too for few hours before it got messed up again.

I can't down grade the hboot anymore because its s-on, even though the bootloader is unlocked. I tried to look into NV Flash but I think it will screw up the phone more than it is already.

Please, I request all the amateurs and professionals to brainstorm over this issue. :highfive:
