Default Whatsapp not working.

Whatsapp suddenly stopped working on cellular, haven't tried wifi . It was working fine a few hours ago.

I've reinstalled, installed an old version, rebooted several times, wiped both cache and dalvik cache, and even flashed the latest version of CM10 10-20120908-NIGHTLY-maguro.

Whatsapp is the only app that isn't working, every other app is connecting normal, even push notification is working.

I'm thinking it could have something to do with whatsapp servers themselves? or my carrier?

Help is much appreciated guys

Edit: I tethered an iPhone with my data connection and whatsapp worked fine, so it appears to be not carrier related.

Update: Tons of people have been submitting bad reviews with the same problem on the Play Store since yesterday, about the same time it started.
