Sorry, I don't meant to re-quote myself to ask the same question. However any input/insight on how to try different solutions are welcomed.
I guess til now I might be the only one who is experiencing this problem. The phone is getting more unstable in particular in the feature of calling. So this is what I've noticed so far, during a call, when the screen turns itself off (put to the face), sometimes the screen will not came back on afterwards. Or during a call, the phone just suddenly died.
I could think of maybe trying different Faux kernel? The latest Faux results in phone over heating and results shutting off. Switched to Faux048 and it is more stable.
Any inputs are appreciated.

On a separate question, I use Windows Vista 32 and trying to use KDZ program with it (so I can safely flash it back to original firmware), never succeeded. Is it because only works on XP or 7?
Thank you.
Hey just noticed your question so I thought I'd throw out some suggestions. I don't have any clue what your level of expertise is, so if you already know something that I mention, I'm not trying to insult you. First of all have you tried flashing da-pharoahs Hellfire Phoenix 2.4 Reborn rom yet? (and if not I'd strongly suggest it). You can use apps like Rom Toolbox Pro, My Backup Root, and Apps2Zip, to backup all of your apps, settings, homescreens, call log, sms, mms, music playlists, and so on. Then I'd suggest doing a nand backup through clockworkmod, and then run the aio nullifier before you flash the rom. Just make sure you DO NOT power off or reboot the phone after aio completes, until you flash the rom. As far as the overheating goes make sure you enable "Stay Awake While Charging" under settings-applications-development, because that stops the phone from trying to go into deep sleep during charging, which causes the the overheating problem. After all of that you should be running smoothly without any issues, just make sure you follow da-pharoahs instructions exactly! His rom is rock solid and it should eliminate your problems unless you actually do have a hardware problem. Hopefully this helps
