writing 'zip'...
(bootloader) adopting the signature contained in this image...
(bootloader) zip header checking...
(bootloader) zip info parsing...
(bootloader) Read zipped android_info fail
FAILED (remote: 99 unknown fail)
Would highly suggest to stop trying to flash random files to your phone. Flashing a "no red text" hboot will not solve your problem. This file is not for your phone(hence the android info fail) and anyway it's really outdated. You would also need s-off to flash this file as stated in the OP (your phone is s-on).
Good thing that your phone was s-on, it prevented you to make the situation worse (going from a 7.x firmware to 4.x firmware using an Ota package = instant qhsusb_dload brick)

What do you mean? I extracted files from original zip without recovery & boot and put them in another archive, after I flashed successfully in RUU mode.
How? It's not a zip file, it's encrypted. I just downloaded custom anyway)

No recovery/no kernel/no wipe/no splash, risk is all yours :)

This is the latest firmware for HTC ONE M7 extracted from official OTA OTA_M7_UL_K44_SENSE60_MR_HTC_Europe_5.11.401.10-4.19.401.11_release_372404wj19h95c0x6oa19n.zip
You need unlocked bootloader and S-OFF
Removed Red Warning Text and flashed successfully on my phone.

    The zip contain:

Flash only if you have firmware v4.xx (download v4 from here) and hboot 1.56.000 not older or you'll get a bricked phone!!!

Download file and copy to your adb folder:

I just got original fw, removed red warning (yes, hboot matched exactly with TeHashX's one), flashed and no problem :)
On your own risk :silly: http://mikanoshi.name/share/fw_5.11.1540.9_custom_nored.zip (no wipe, no splash, no red text)

Some time, When I connect my phone, I've access to the user memory partition (28go) sometime I have access to other partition.. this time it's all the other ones (the screenshot is from the 79mo one, I bet it's where my phone is bricked too...)

Edit: well It doesn't seem I can have access to it again... but using some recovery tool, you should be able to retrieve most file...

Trust me, while you might be able to mount it, you don't want to. I'll be working on it this week.. Did I mention we have an unbriched m7 yet? :)
