The battery question always "bothers" me, whatever experiance I might have, could be a complete different for somebody else :(

But let me try to give a SMALL idea (see attachment). Most of the time the phone was just on standby. I did some benchmark tests, spend some time on facebook (maybe one hour?), did a little Whatsapp, one phone call to check my sim card's balance, that's pretty much what happend in these 19 hours.

The screen is very bright, still "readable" in the German sunlight and no, no overclocking.

this is/was my list in order of what I am going to buy first:

1) Jiayu S1 (releasing may 3)
2) Neo n003 premium (unknown release date)


Now that Zopo is coming out with same specs at the S1, I will decide based on which is released first AND which is thinner and lighter!

The Jiayu S1 looks really good. Such as the battery. However, the S1 doesn't have Bluetooth 4.0 and WIFI N. Hope the spec sheet is incorrect. I will keep an eye on these two phones.

Several battery's icons

I have found one beautiful program that change the icon of the battery:


install this apk and in setting menu...display there are one good menu with several battery,s icons and you select what you prefer!
run this program in windows and connect the phone..

Doesnt work for me....force closes in setting accu and no new og menu in Display........hmmmmmhhhhhh

Thank you so much Ghost45, one question, after root 980 how can make backups? This install cwm too? Can we use mobile uncle tools or quick boot to enter in recovery mode and make backups or restorations like in older mtk6577 devices zp900 or 300..?

Mr Super Roy..his friend.. have made good video How to root...have you seen?
Return to your question ..i haven.t made some backup ..for moment ..but in the next days ...i will try !
to enter in quick boot after right root you must use the program what you prefer!
But before you have not right root you must use only mtkdroid tools....or one other program that help you to enter in boot menu!
see in the next days...

If you use my files and follow my pdf instruction you will be able to make CWM backup, works 100%.... only install the App Quick boot after you have rooted and install the CWM Recovery to start in CWM! Now use the backup & restore function in CWM!

    How To Flash Rom :
    ( You should take CMW Backup ncase you wish to revert back to your old system )

    1) Download ROM File
    2) Put into External/Internal SD Card
    3) Go To CMW Recovery
    4) Wipe Data/Factory Reset And Wipe Partition
    5) From Advance Menu Do Dalvik Cache Clear
    6) From Advance Menu Do Battery State Clear
    7) Go in Mount And Storage select FORMAT SYSTEM
    8) Select Install From SD and Select Rom And Click YES
    9) Reboot Your System
    10) Enjoy
