i have downloaded gtx 2.4.5 twice, and tried to unzip by 7-zip, there is crc error and file is broken, and the unzipped nbh is not getting flahed...

read first post again, you have to use specialized ftp clients/good download tools.

ultrashot, thanks for the quick reply, but still am clueless. this was the method, by which i have downloaded your earlier ROMs from the same source neosites.org, you have mentioned in your readme. i again tried to download gt and gtx 2.4.5, but unzipping says crc error, file broken.
i have been fan of your ROM, and using your latest ROMs, please help...

yep, use any registry editor and apply these values (B4 in hex = 180 in dec)
cabs aren't broken - just use context menu and press "Save link as..." or something similar.

lang? actually, there were no reported broken archieves. GT/GTX 2.4.5 have the highest priority, most users download it, but still no reports about problems with them. Also try to disable your antivirus for some time, they may influence download process.

I was also facing the same issue and I tested both tweaks above. They both solve the problem but the 2nd one (BattResumingSuspendTimeout) is much better, because it does not wake up the phone on every SMS.

Could Anyone explain what is the exact function of BattResumingSuspendTimeout? I saw that even with a value much smaller than B4 the problem is also fixed. Initial value out of the box was 1.

That's time for phone to do important operations in Resuming power state. Can't call it any better, it's rather complicated thing.

abnormal color banding in camera photos

I have been noticing color banding in the camera preview as well as in the final photo. it shows up as a color gradient on the brighter areas of the preview and photo.

has anyone got similar situation?

no. Check whether you somehow enabled photo filters.

Currently I don't have a possibility to reupload the rom. Probably I will change distribution model to "kitchen-only" then.
