Weather widget bug

Hey guys. I'm having a problem with my HOX weather widget, it doesn't show my home's location and it displays it as "Current Location" or sometimes it displays the country's name and the weather shown seems to be offset. When I open the the weather and press "Update" it says "Could not connect to location service to update your location".

I have this issue shortly after I bought the phone, since Android 4.0.3. I have the most recent firmware 3.17 with Android 4.1.1 and Sense 4+. Anyway to fix this?

Maybe server issue.

Well then try if factory reset solves it.
